How Covid-19 is transmitted?

This virus is mainly spread from person to person. Person to person means it spreads through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. These droplets can land in the mouths, eyes or noses of people who are nearby or possibly inhaled into the lungs.

Karran Care for Hygiene

Good Hygiene Guidelines

WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN
Good hygiene is a necessity of life. Practice good hygiene by washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If you don’t have soap readily available, you can use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Because sanitizers kills germs, please carry a small bottle of sanitizer with you always. It is highly recommended in malls, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, and any public place to place hand sanitizer at every entry point and in your work area. Please avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

6 feet Distance Rule

This virus spreads from person to person. We must take care not only outside the home but also inside the home too. While inside your home, try to limit close contact with people who are sick. Take care of them but with the proper precautions. If possible, maintain 6 feet distance between you and the person who is sick and other household members. When outside the home, maintain social distancing and wear a mask. We are still in the development phase of a vaccine to prevent COVID-19. The best way to protect ourselves is to avoid being exposed to this virus until our scientists develop a much needed vaccine.
Be Safe. Be Smart. Stay Healthy.
