Karran Quartz Apron Front Large/Small Bowl Kitchen Sink

Karran Quartz Apron Front Large/Small Bowl Kitchen Sink

This large/small bowl quartz apron front sink combines the timeless character of a farmhouse silhouette with an offset dual-bowl layout that divides the workspace into a wide main basin for cleanup and a smaller secondary bowl for prep and rinsing. The apron front is available in two depths: a 9-1/4" deep apron for farmhouse-specific cabinet bases, or a 6-1/2" retrofit profile that installs directly into any standard 36" cabinet. The generous main bowl handles stockpots, roasting pans, and full dish loads, while the smaller bowl stays free for rinsing produce, thawing, or letting items drain. Built from durable 80% quartz composite, it pairs that practical two-zone layout with a premium farmhouse look.

Karran

This apron front sink is built from 80% natural quartz crystals and acrylic resin, producing a surface that is dense, non-porous, and resistant to scratching, staining, and impact without ever needing to be sealed. The non-porous surface prevents liquids and staining agents from penetrating the material, so both bowls stay clean and hygienic with nothing more than mild soap and water. At 535 degrees Fahrenheit, the material is heat rated for the common demands of an active kitchen, from boiling water to hot cast iron near the basin, with no risk of stress fractures or surface damage. The solid quartz composite naturally absorbs vibration, reducing the sound of running water and cookware for a quieter kitchen environment.

A Large Main Basin and a Smaller Prep Bowl

A Large Main Basin and a Smaller Prep Bowl

The offset design splits the sink into a large primary basin and a smaller secondary bowl, giving you a multi-zone workspace that keeps cleanup and prep from competing for the same space. With an overall footprint of 34" x 21-1/4" and a 9" depth, the larger basin handles stockpots, sheet pans, and baking dishes that would crowd a standard double sink, while the compact bowl is ideal for rinsing produce or holding items to drain. Keeping the two zones separate makes it easy to wash heavily soiled pots on one side while the other stays available for lighter tasks. The rear center drain preserves usable bowl space while keeping the drain area out of the primary work zone.

Matte Quartz in Six Colors
Matte Quartz in Six Colors

The Karran quartz apron front wears a matte finish engineered for both practicality and quiet sophistication, diffusing light and resisting the fingerprints and water marks that show readily on glossy surfaces. The color is not a surface coating but an integral part of the quartz material, so it holds its tone through heavy daily use, and UV stabilization keeps it from fading or yellowing over time. Six matte colors are available, white, black, brown, bisque, concrete, and grey, a palette that spans cool and warm neutrals and coordinates naturally with a wide range of cabinetry styles and countertop materials. Each color reads as a consistent, deep tone under both daylight and interior light.

The PK1 Kit and Specifications
The PK1 Kit and Specifications

This sink is sold on its own or as a PK1 kit, which adds two custom-fit stainless steel bottom grids sized for the large and small bowls, a basket strainer, and a bottle of Luster Pro oil for long-term care. On its own, it ships without pre-drilled faucet holes or pre-scored knockouts, so faucet placement is determined by your countertop. Both the QA-760 and QAR-760 measure 34" x 21-1/4" with a 9" bowl depth, sized for a minimum 36" cabinet: the 9-1/4" deep apron requires a farmhouse-specific cabinet base, while the 6-1/2" retrofit apron installs directly into any standard 36" cabinet. The rear center drain is compatible with most garbage disposals via its standard 3-1/2" opening, and the sink is cUPC certified and backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
