This compact quartz bar sink is made to add a hardworking second basin to an island, wet bar, or prep zone without taking over the counter. It mounts beneath the surface with a flat rim and no faucet deck, installing with a small positive or negative reveal into quartz, granite, or solid surface, so it tucks cleanly into the countertop with no lip on top. Its square single bowl is sized for rinsing produce, chilling bottles, mixing drinks, or handling overflow prep when the main sink is busy. Built from durable quartz composite, it brings the same stone-like look and resilience as a full-size Karran sink to a smaller footprint.

The bar sink is formed from a quartz composite of 80% natural quartz bonded with acrylic resin, a dense, non-porous material that resists stains, scratches, and impacts and never requires sealing. Because nothing soaks into the surface, food residue and liquids wipe away with mild soap and water, and the basin stays hygienic with very little effort. It is rated heat safe to 535 degrees Fahrenheit, handling hot water and the occasional hot pan without the risk of stress fractures. The dense material also dampens sound, keeping the clink of glassware and the rush of water low in an open entertaining space.

At 16-5/8" x 16-5/8" with a 7-7/8" depth, the square bowl is deep enough to be genuinely useful yet small enough to fit where a full sink cannot. It works as a dedicated bar station for rinsing, chilling, and drink prep, or as a secondary basin on a large island that keeps the main sink free during entertaining. Because it needs only an 18" minimum cabinet, it opens up placement options in tight runs and kitchen islands. The undermount profile keeps the counter around it clean and easy to wipe down.

Like the rest of the Karran quartz line, the bar sink comes in a soft matte finish that diffuses light and hides the fingerprints and water spots that stand out on glossy surfaces. The color runs through the material rather than sitting on top as a coating, so it holds its tone through heavy use, and UV stabilization keeps it from fading or yellowing. Six matte colors are available, white, black, brown, bisque, concrete, and grey, making it easy to match the bar sink to a main sink or to the surrounding cabinetry and counters. The finish reads as a consistent, even tone in both natural and interior light.

The QU-690 measures 16-5/8" x 16-5/8" with a 7-7/8" depth and fits a minimum 18" base cabinet, installing undermount into quartz, granite, or solid surface countertops. It ships with the template and mounting clips needed for installation, and its standard 3-1/2" drain opening is compatible with most basket strainers and compact disposals. Optional stainless steel and color-matched basket strainers and disposal flanges are available separately to finish the drain. The sink is cUPC certified and backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
